My car always seems to get hot when I sit in traffic. Doesnt overheat, just quickly gets to just over 90 deg and then the fan comes on which cools it to about 90. Then when we pull off again it cools to normal temperature (between 70 & 90).
I've never had to sit in traffic for too long so dont know whether it would get really hot and go into the red.
I check the water and it doenst appear to be leaking.
Is it ok that it does this and am I just being paranoid? Thinking and hoping I am as it does cool down quickly.
