central locking

Hi
Can anyone please help?

When I open the car with the remote key, the boot doesn't unlock, I have to unlock it manually. When I lock the car with the remote it locks fine. I spoke to the garage I bought the car from and they tell me this is correct and it's a security feature:lol: am I being told porky pies here so they don't have to fix it??

I am going to see them tomorrow so any help would be appreciated.

Hi deb this is true same on all other it takes a bit of getting used to after having a car that boot unlocks but its all fine hun:D
