Hi All,

All the persons concerned with the deleted topics have had final warnings.

Paul738 is now reinstated.

Cheers

Lyndon,

I know you gave Derek and myself a warning over the defunct topic of the 206cc se for sale (although I still have no clear idea why when I all I did was to defend myself from abuse and criticism with civilised replies), but how can Paul be re-instated !!!

Fine, I know that some "nameless" individuals have called for my banning, they have their own agenda, and you are under pressure, but I would rather be banned in the knowledge that the likes of Paul have also, there should be no room for Paul after his abusive behaviour on the Forum.

He spent most of yesterday hurling serious levels of abuse and degraded decent people on this Forum, not just me but Julia and with reference to Adrian and his SON. Has the world gone completely mad !!!!!!

I'm sorry mate but I can't stand by and say nothing. You really must sort this out if this Forum is to have a future.

Please don't erase this post, we must have some sort of democratic way of discussing this on an open Forum without fear of any unreasonable censure.

Robbie.

i think we need a bit of clarification here on warnings:

Derek - Final warning
Robbie - Final warning
Everyone who left abusive comments and supported them - No warning.

I was under the impression that we lived in the 21st century and everything was fair and democratic - obviously i was wrong.

If I have a final warning for simply putting an offer in on a car that had no asking price then I will consider my Final Warning to be a Ban and will not return.

Hey.. my english isn't wery well.. Do I understand it right if that was Dereks last message??? If this is so then its sad.

Can,t you all just take the warnings and move forward. Its not all things in the world that are so important that its worth fighting for. And sometimes the fight dammages what you are fighting for.

So please dont leave the forum and please dont make this to a discussion you have to winn. Just stop it.. (maybe easyer to say then to do)

At the end, please remember that my english is poor and if I have stepped on someones toes with this message I appologise. That was not my intension by writing this. I just want some peace and love :)

Bergen, thanks for your input.

It's not just a matter of warnings although this is an important matter to people who don't deserve them.

It's more importantly a matter of making this family Forum safe enough for children and teenagers like my 13 year old daughter to read without the risk of incurring serious abuse and foul language which has happened in recent days.

Please, read my first post and you will hopefully gain a better understanding,

Many thanks,

Robbie.

I read that message Robbie, and I dont understand why he was using such words and I agree with you that there are no excuses for using that language on this board. But there are a few other ways to be mean too... and as I understand it, someone has read your messages and got upset. You have clearly said that this was not your intension. So why dont let it be with that?? Life goes on...

oops, finally sussed it Derek, I was using the bulletin board code style that we use at work.

Hence why it was turning out all weird. Besides I am poo (please note the child friendly term I used there).
