Does anyone else have this problem?
I have a 206cc 1.6 Allure 2007. When it rains the steam coming from the bonnet is like a sauna and Im sure this isnt right. On investigation there is no insulation or lining under the underside of the bonnet. My pug dealer tells me this is right even after some protests from me. I previously had a 206cc SE 52 plate and Im sure this had bonnet insulation.
The dealer is telling me they have changed the spec but Ive no way of checking as they dont make them anymore and I cant find a similar model locally to check.
Does anyone else have this annoying problem? (looks like the engine is about to explode even tho temp guage is pretty normal) Or can someone tell me from their vehicle whether bonnet insulation is standard?
