Hi, can anyone help?
I recently had to change the battery on my Y reg 206cc. At the garage the mechanic said that I needed to retract and refit the roof within ten miles otherwise the roof mechanism had to be reset. The poblem is that the battery had died while I was away in Iraq and I had to jump start the car and drive it 50 miles to the garage. Can anyone help with what I need to do to reset the mechansm now? At the moment it will retact to 90 degrees and the alarm just bleeps repeatedly. The roof will then refit quite happily.
