Hi Phonic
Hope that you get your PUG on time, and Welcome :D
As for the 206 cc 2l i would not expect to get any where near 100 miles for £10, you might get 100 miles for around £20 to start with if the car is new?.
There are many who are have the same problems with the MPG that they are getting and the MPG that PUG say that they should be getting.
The bst thing to do is to test the MPG that you get over, for example a half tank of petrol like i have been doing and if you feel that it is low then take it back to your dealer and as them to look at it.
Good driving and let us know how you get on. :D

51 plate with 23k on the clock sounds real good :D
you should get the MPG you were looking for on a model with 23k on the clock (around 150 miles for half a tank of fuel)
My new 53 plate allure 1.6 has trouble getting 90-100 Miles for half a tank, approx £20 of fuel.
The car has been back twice for the MPG the first time it was only around 70 miles for half a tank.
Keep an eye on your MPG and let us know.

I can get 100 miles out of £10, but I do drive it a bit silly sometimes cos I hate it LOL. So if I drive sensibly could I get the same sort of MPG as my old corsa?
Hi Phonic, hopefully you picked up your CC today :D Good for you.

I've got a 2.0l and I can usually get 290 miles from £32 of petrol (@75.9p/litre so makes it about 32mpg and my computer says 31, so it's pretty good) - I'm not that far off your Corsa LOL!!

And I have two modes of driving - occasionally dawdling like an old biddy (cos I am one) but mostly tw"tting around like an idiot (cos I'm one of them as well) but. like others, I ALWAYS ALWAYS wait until it's warmed up (oil on 90 degrees) before I rev it over 3k revs.

I've done 25,000 in just over 2 years and I'm on my third set of front tyres - the first replaced at 13k and the second at 24k BUT THAT WASN'T MY FAULT! I got punctures - they'd have been due after about 15k I reckon.

Have fun! Pauline

thanks pauline. and yes, i got it today. One thing ive noticed was a light increase in wind on drivers side, i looked at widows and doors and found a tiny gap, as though the windows not quite flush with the side of the door, but only on drivers side, so Im slightly concerned. Going to take it to Peugeout main dealer in Derby where I live and see what they think, as I have to go anyway to make sure its had all recall work done ie: brakes. I hope these things are only little hiccups that can be sorted out though, dont wanna pay this sort of money and keep finding little flaws like this. Apart from that, I love the car.
