Only problems are on attempting 1st serice last week- local dealer says we must have original bill of sale (though his colleague said he was wrong!) and initially refused to book the car in, until he was persuaded to ring Peugeot UK for clarification. He also said that the warranty runs from date of supply in France, not 1st reg in UK- still not sure about this!

Thanks for that Duncan. It seems that the quality and general interest of the dealership is of paramount importance, given that the Pug UK procedures are so much open to interpretation. I don't mind genuine mistakes, but the patronising and condescending attitude of the service assistant when Mandy took the car in was beyond belief.

Motorpoint have promised a copy of the original bill of sale, so hopefully it will have a Peugeot logo!
