Contact the member called "Lee" on 206info.co.uk ... he'll sort your pin code for a small donation ... ;)

Lee supplied my codes for keys and radio a while back when I started to use PP2000 on our CC ..

This is assuming that everything is standard and original now .. any changes to ECU/BSI/etc will not work as Lee can only get the factory codes as supplied with the car from day one.
