206CC Replacement door mirror isn't the same

Hello alll, hoping someone can help my me (my missus)

due to a little accident my other half had to get a replacement door mirror, she receved it today from the Peugeot garage however it isn't the same and doesn't fit.

does anyone else share this same problem, or have any suggestons.

The old unit seems smaller with more a slope down the outside edge.

have attached images from my picasaweb photo hosting, not sure if they'll work but im hoping someone can help.

The 206cc wingmirror is different than a 206 hatch so you might have the wrong one and you might be looking at nearly £200 quid for a 206cc wingmirror:sorry:

It seems we have been sold th standard 206 mirror - I'm taking it back tomorrow.

I need to get a new one as well, the new mirror housing will not connect to an older model cc the dealer told me that you have to get a connecting plate that you attached to the part on the car and then you connect the new mirror housing to it.
