I am wanting to buy the bits for an oil change on a 2001 206 2.0 SE and take it into kwick fit.

I am looking for a decent oil filter online but cant find any, nor specs for the oil filter any one know where to look?

Also I am looking at the oil for a full oil change.

I am looking at Castrol Edge 10W60 4 Litre

But the Castrol site Recommends EDGE 0W-30.

Whats the best one to go for ?

I have a 2001 206 cc and I used mobil 1 for the first 4 years and then changed to Castrol edge 0-30W and have had no issues, but its probably a bit overkill. Just get a filter from halford, Partco. I do not think it makes much difference what filter you use so long as it fits!

Peugeot recommend Total Quartz 9000 which is a 5/40 synthetic oil. It is only £16+VAT(£26 ish from the dealer) from GSF's genuine oil filter can be bought from Euro Car parts for peanuts too...
