manual reset

My roof is stuck in neither locked in the down position or wanting to go to the up position when pushing the button. It does Nothing!! ARGHH. How to i manualy get the roof up again? THANKS in advance

think it's clip number 3 or 4 BUT they only show a manual way when it's in the down position
