Hi,
I'm looking to buy a 2 litre cc over the winter, currently have a modded 206 HDi DTurbo which is running at 125bhp. I've test driven the 2 litre cc and it's nice and nippy.

Does anyone have any real-life 0-60 times etc? Peugeot do theirs with 2 people in the car and a full tank of fuel so they're a bit skewed!

I'd be looking at putting some kind of decent enclosed induction on (BMC CDA) and an exhaust, adn then possibly a superchip at a later stage

Welcome over from the PGAC

Not sure of true performance figures. Officially the 2.0 is 8.9 secs and it is a quick car. A bit slower than the equivalent GTi due to the weight but for the car it is performance is pretty good.

I think the reason it's got decent 0-60 figures is because of the short gearing. 20mph per 1000 rpm in top -- needs 6 gears, IMHO.

yeh I felt a 6th gear would've gone nicely - I've been test driving a lot of roadsters and most have the 6h gear. The cc is nice and revvy though which makes a change coming from an HDi engine!
