I have sent many e-mails to yourselves and have received no reply, therefore I am leaving this message for you on here in the hope that you will see it & reply to my request for the refund of the postage costs promised to me by Diane for the return of incorrect lights sent to me which I returned on the condition you refund my costs as agreed by Dianne.

Thanks

pacman (Simon)

No offence but maybe you could remove my name from your post - immediately !

My connection with Ecosse is purely as a customer and I have continually recommend them because of the excellent service they provided me with while I owned my 206CC and the way they treated me. If I bought another Pug (would only be as a 2nd car) then I would return again.

I heard they recently had serious issues with their e-mail due to a problem with their provider. I don't know if there are still problems.

Anyway, I think you would find it easy to pick up a phone and give Diane a call on 01506 516106 and I am sure she will only be too happy to bring an end to your problem.

Well I think direct contact is the way to go - why make a post on a forum tat they are very unlikely to see.

Could have got it sorted in the first place by speaking to Diane - it's what most people would do, not make a post on an internet forum and expect miracles.
