Headlight bulb -- size?

I can't find the manual "right now" and the passenger-side headlamp bulb has blown. Anyone know what size it is -- IIRC it's H7?

Of course in the "old" days, before clear glass headlamps, the bulb size was written in the glass on the lens :rolleyes:

On my 2001 Y plater the headlight bulb is a H7 55W and sidelights are W5W.

Cheers. I've just ordered some Osram super-duper ones from http://www.powerbulbs.com. Fitting looks like a nightmare -- there are instructions here: http://www.206gti.net/globechange/

Fitting's a doodle. Just takes about 10mins to do both sides.

Its easy once you've removed the washer filler pipe.

Just turn it anti clockwise while pressing on the clip and its slides out.
