naa... go for mine mate, you don't need 4 seats, all you want is a driver's car with awesome performance right? the 350Z is the one for you..... ok it's not a roadster..... but the S2000 is getting old now, the RX8 is for families (sorry Adrian ;) )the boxster is for accountants, saab (saab????) noone buys them, imprezas you see everywhere + there's the scally factor!!!!

only choice really, + voted best CAR 2004 by topgear mag, best drive of 2004 by Autoexpress (if i remember correctly, if not it was another big mag anyway).... go test drive one and then you'll be convinced!

Some nice TVRs available for that sort of money ;)
Or an Elise? OTOH, you probably wouldn't get into an Elise on crutches

I think the 350Z Coupe looks really cool, although the convertible looks crap. The only concern is if it will depreciate rapidly like the 200SX did (then I can buy a two year old one for £12k :D). If you want good residuals, the Boxster is the only candidate.

Have you considered the new SLK?

Oops: I missed the "no Mercs, I hate them". How about the A4 Cabrio?

ahahahahh oh well you better not find me on any open road (like your RX8 colleague in a grey=primer coloured one did last night) as I'd smoke you so quickly you probably wouldn't have the time to recognize my car.... ;)

oh well each to their own.... if you want a family car get an 8 ;)

sorry mate, didn't you read the paper(s) a while ago? Zs are so rare and they are so in demand that they worked out that after one year of ownership, depreciation will be ZERO. Also, after 3 years they are given at 62-65% residual, now how's that for little depreciation????? :P

S2000 out of that list. :D

Have to agree about the 350Z though - it may be a fantastic drive but it does look odd.
