do u know how long the queue is as an SLK may rival my choice of the 307CC. length isn't a great issue as i'm not changing to march 05 but would like to know so i can plan the purchase if i was to get one.

last I heard it was about 1,5 years.......

Derek, put your deposit down for the new SLK! no comparison with the 307CC, sorry!!!!! According to most reviews the new slk has also now become a real driver's car as well as looking very good! go for it D!!!!

you have to compromise!!!! you want a sportscar with a retractable steel roof, four seats, great performance, reliability, and build quality..... hmmmmm does a car like this exist???? (for an affordable amount of money?)
