Hmmm... typical driving music...

Personally I like some Rock and Roll - type stuff.....

Status Quo, Bachman Turner Overdrive, that kinda stuff...

Depends what mood you're in really.... Aerosmith can be quite good too.... A good mix of rock ballads and athems there... Def Leppard is also good for a mixture of soft rock....

Currently got Feeder, Madness and a few others in my autochanger...

Any other suggestions???

Lyndon...

There are some classics you can aggressively drive to... How about the 1812 Overture... With the cannons and everything.... :D

Am currently driving to:

Ash
Hole
Feeder
Nine Inch Nails
Usher
Pink
Plus some dodgy old stuff I scraped together from old CD's!!

Have been in need of a little angry music recently, it doesn't make me drive like a loony though, just maybe a little faster when there is an open road ahead!

Nine Inch Nail's ?

Trent Reznor  Mmmmm!!!!

They're pretty industrial metal fairly old now I guess but they have a fab song called Closer and another called Head Like a Hole

Have very interesting choruses!

We have both the Power Ballads CD's and they are great fun to sing along to! The only time I dare sing is when I'm in the car alone with the roof and windows closed!

Ahhh..I've just got Power Ballads II - sounds like I should add the previous one to the colletion. My singing leaves alot to be desired...let's just say littlen puts his hands over his ears and asks me to stop!

oooh i somehow missed this thread.....

i'm usually to be found listening to oasis, or my iPod with the iTrip. i really want to get it hardwired so the changer controls operate the track selection.

but at the moment i'm listening to the matrix soundtrack, i also just downloaded the spiderman 2 soundtrack and also prodigy's: the fat of the land will be in the cd player tomorrow.

My favourite all time driving track has got to be Boys Of Summer by Don Henley.........roof down, sunny day, singing along at the top of my voice. Perfect! Unfortunately only one track (though rest of album isn't bad). Other half likes listening to the CRICKET!! Guaranteed to send me to sleep - luckily we have "Drivers Choice" on the entertainment front and he doesn't get to drive my CC too often :D
Life's too short to drive around with your roof up.
