I've just picked up a new 2.0Lcc from those helpful (irony) people at motorpoint. However I have noticed a clunking/jarring noise from what I think is the rear window (drivers side). I wondered if the window is not sufficiency fitted against the seal? has anyone had similar problems and if so any solutions?? (PS nice to see some CC owners from Nottingham)

My window seems to do this but it is the drivers side front window. Sometimes when I get in and shut the door the window will then "clunk"
I also noticed when I was cleaning it - that when I was washing the window with a sponge it moved inwards (hard to explain but not where it should move too) and clunked then!
I dont dare give it to Peugeot to look at as they are a bunch of clowns. I will wait and see how bad it gets.

Similar problem with the drivers window. When you shut the driver's door the glass doesn't fit back under the (roof) seal meaning that the glass "bends" outward slightly leaving is 1/2 inch gap between the front and rear windows. From outside the car you need to push it back in under the seal and from inside you need to lower and raise the window slightly so that it goes back snuggly under the seal. I think it is a door alignment problem - you can see that the drivers door is slightly out of line - it is going in to be "fixed!?!?!" today.
