Owned few weeks - Leaks & Squeaks!

Got my 206cc a few weeks ago and like many others have experienced similar problems with roof leaks and brake squeaks. As still under warranty, got the dealer to re-seal roof (so far, so good) and replace brake pads with modified ones. 4 days later the noise started again. A mechanic friend of mine suggests they may not be using sufficient lubricant of a type called 'copperslip'. Anyone out there have anything positive or solution that has sorted this annoying problem. Apart from these minor details, I have waited a year to afford this car and I LOVE IT!! Just spent a happy hour cruising around town just because it was sunny, how sad is that?! It is a dream to drive, but having had hatchbacks for the last 20 years, parking a car with a boot I can't see the end of, takes some practise!
