Has anybody got the Peugeot alarm in their car? Does it work okay?

Has anybody got another type of alarm in their car? What is it ? Was it difficult to install with Mulitiplex? Does it work okay?

Just thinking it might be time to put an alarm in...
Cheers,
Michael

I've only got a 206 hatchback not a CC, but my alarm went off yesterday when I was jetwashing it! Must be quite sensitive...

Yup, we don't get the alarm, just the immobiliser. We also don't get the deadlock thingy. Wonder what else we don't get? I assume its all part of keeping the price of the car under the luxury car tax threshhold.

As for the alarm, it costs just under $A1,000 + fitting !

In Finland 206cc's comes only with immobiliser, not with alarm
Alarm costs here under 700euros (with fitting).
