Hi All
Nice to see there is somewhere I can get some of my future answers sorted.

My main vehicle is a Galaxy with lots of extras and Tv etc etc but we went to the local dealer today to buy a practical 4 door saloon or hatch for the wife. Yes youve guessed it, without knowing much about them and unusually for me we bought a 2001 206cc in Black with red and black leather and mesh grille etc, looked great and my wife refused to look at anything else, never mind the kids, she can squash them in the back somewhere

So, I paid £11.500 for the car with 15,000 miles on the clock and new MOT etc, its very clean with only a slight nick on the boot lid section which I can polish out.

What do you think, I am very anxious but a bit excited as well, my own car that has gone back was an Alfa 156 Tspark, surely the cc cant be any worse than that, it spent almost a year in the garage in total

Welcome to the site.

I'm sure your Mrs will love it.

I have a Black 2.0 CC too and although I have a list of problems that go with it, Im happy.

1. Bad leather stitching on drivers chair.
2. Loose fitting of curtisy light panel.
3. Micro scratches on bonnet
4. Paint coming off swtch for roof.
5. Squeeky brakes
6. No spare tire (crappy spray as alternitve).
7. Faulty pollution/cat alrams
8. noisy roof, up/down
9. crappy stereo/speakers
10. thats enough!

Regardless of the above, all was fixed.
Enjoy!

We just got ours last week despite having two growing girls. The girls were very excited at getting it when we ordered it but now the practicalities of space have started each time we get in the car there is an argument over who sits what side. As there is no leg room at all behind my husband. On a trip out at the weekend my daughter who was sitting behind my husband did the whole of the trip with her legs up on her sister!

Never mind, we're still enjoying it and glad we bought it.

Hi there,

Not long joined myself. I also bought a 2001 2.0cc but in silver with
red and black leather a few weeks ago - haven't had so much fun
in ages and the summer isn't even here yet !!!. the only downside i can see at
the moment is fuel ecomony  but i did expect that - i previous had a 1.25 fiesta!!

I don't really have an issue with rear space as theres only me in the car
but certainly can see your point - my friends have already told me
not to bother offering to drive at the weekends as they are unsure
what shape they fall out of the back of the car when they arrive home!!!!!

enjoy!!
