No idea re the side bags. In Australia it is illegal to have disarming devices on airbags. Thus the reason the CC had to be slightly modified to be able to be registered for Australian driving. The seat provided with the car is forward facing located in either of the rear seats and secured with an anchor point located under each of the hoops. Per earlier posts it appears these could be readily fitted to any CC.
I'd check carefully reagrding the side impact bags. I expect they would be disarmed along with the passenger fron airbag, but I'd check it out to be safe.

Hi Frosty,
Did you have some documentation or an email from Peugeot Australia which says that they have to supply a baby seat with the car? I wasn't given one with mine, but as I now have a baby nephew I may be needing one. It would help to have something in writing seeing as the car is now 1 year old.
Thanks mate
