the plate P20 GCC (P20G CC) isn't for sale yet but i'm looking to see who would be interested in it and at what price when it is for sale.
it's an excellent plate for the car and despite all the modifications i have had done, the plate always gets the most attention when people comment on the car.
the reason at looking at interest as there's a chance the car could be sold in the coming months. if i sell the car privately then the plate is likely to be offered in the deal but if it goes to a dealer it will be removed and either sold or put on retention until i get a decent offer for the plate - the value can only increase as more CC's are sold.

I'd be interested .. but you're at the common point of you not wanted to say a price in case you lose yourself money .. us not wanting to say a price in case we say more than you'd have actually sold for, so lose OURSELVES money.
Catch 22. Someone has to say a price at some point .. chances are, it'll be you that says 'for sale .. £x' or a sale won't happen at all.
When I sold my TV recently I didn't put an ad in the paper saying 'Sony Wega 28" ... what will you offer me?'
Well i wont even pay my incredibly low offer of £300 now, since HOPEFULLY i will have my new plate in about 3 weeks time
Derek knows that the only reason i talk about such low figures is because i would only want the plate short term - then i would be looking to sell it myself (assuming all goes well at auction in 2 weeks B@$ta£*s put a massive reserve on my plate! )
However, in order to try and get people making more serious offers than mine, i would say that the plate will probably sell (if at all) for something between £600 - £800. i would personally not want to pay more than £750 (including transfers, etc) for it on the car. I think Derek is after more like £1,000

reason i haven't put a specific price out is because the plate isn't for sale yet. i won't sell the plate at any price while i still have the car. once it goes up for sale i will state a price.
the plate could go up for sale at anytime from very very soon to 12 months time. i can't decide between a 307CC, Mazda RX-8 or Nissan 350Z plus i really need to get a garage built too
