Hi guys. our car is only two months old, but already we have had a few problems. The latest one involves the boot lid after the roof has been opened. When the roof has retracted into the boot, and the lid closes, the motor just keeps on running after the lid has closed, with no final beep. Letting the switch go and pulling it up again results in no motor whirr, as if its fully closed (it appears to be!) No problems when putting the roof up again though - the beep sounds fine after the boot lid closes. I'm confused, as surely its the same mechanism that closes the boot lid whether the roof is going up or down?

Any comments would be gratefully appreciated.

I have the same problem. Took it to the dealer and they fiddled with one of the microswitches...involved them getting inside the roof.

Worked fine for a week and now the problem's back. Looks like another trip to the dealer for me.
