Driving through a place called ammanford this morning got blocked in between two roads that were flooded no way out so had to go through one of them lowered my window and saw the water half way up my door not a pretty sight was just imagining what would have happened if the car had stalled bye bye cc
The only downfall of this is that the car is stinking and now the clutch is beginning to squeak just like my brakes whoopeeeee!
THANK GOD WE'RE NOT IN THE CONFERENCE!

bet you catalytic converter is knackered now. I did this many years ago and my car failed its first MOT.
If you are planning on keping the car up to MOT age then MOT it 1 month before it is due (you just need to take your V5 doc). This way you can claim for a new cat on the warranty

I wouldn’t be too sure about that Rob. Some years ago the cat on my Callibra died when the car was less than six months old. I expected to get it replaced under the warranty, but was told that as its part of the exhaust, and the exhaust isn’t covered under the warranty, tough.bet you catalytic converter is knackered now. New Cat £500 from dealer, de-cat and re-chip £75. Guess which option I chose.
