Around richmond area on the A1
Spotted a moonstone 2 litre roof up, private plate, being chased by Black 1.6 roof down. Both doing about 90 miles per hour and all wearing caps!!!!
I was driving the Alfa so couldn't join the convoy but was impressed by the black CC's ability to drive so fast with the top down on a windy day.
Also has anyone noticed that the back of a 2ltr is different from the 1.6? not just the exhaust trim, but the 1.6 seems to sit much higher.

Col,
Got excited when I read your post - thought someone had spotted me. I was going north on the A1 in that area on Sunday morning and passed a black one with the top down at about that speed. Then I realised it couldn't have been me as my moonstone is a 1.6 and although I did buy a private plate it wouldn't be obvious to anybody. Doh.
Never mind I will just have to wait a little longer to be spotted!
