Scuse my ignorance, being a newbie and all that but could anyone explain to me the various references to 'de=badged' cars I've seen on the site....and if I could take a quick poll, what is the accessory most favoured by CC owners?

Regards

Col

debadging means the removal of the peugeot, peugeot lion and 206CC plastic badges from the rear of the CC to give it a more of a smooth look, some people also remove the front peugeot lion too and have the little cutout in the bonnet filled :D :D :D :D

My 206 has been debadged by the previous owner and i must admit i personally like the look it gives. I remember someone on this site has a debadged CC but they have added their own personalised badge on the rear (some kind of ski-ing reference???) which i thought looked quite stylish.
The reason some people do it i believe is to mask the fact that their car happens to be a 1.1 or a diesel etc. On the CC this doesn't really matter as its the wheels and exhaust that give the model away, not the badges it has stuck on it...

Does it come in black? Red would be completely out of character with the rest of the car.
