Yannis, Lyndon's suggestion seems a good idea. Perhaps you could reach in the boot without straining yourself too much.

My main offending seals seems to be the side rubbers where the windows touch the roof, and the front rubber seals between the roof to front screen. Don't seem to notice a problem with the middle seal though.
