Connecting a phone to the Radio

Hello,

Do you have any wiring info about the Radio ? How can I connect a phone that has mute option to the radio ? Where do I connect the mute cord ?

I don't know if the standard Peugeot radio supports telephone muting - you may have to go & and ask at your dealership.

In regards to the Clarion RD3 head unit:

I've read from one of the 206cc French sites that there is an ISO port for phone muting, but there is an empty hole in the ISO socket for this port, so you'll need to somehow plug in the phone mute wire from your carkit into this port.

It was much easier on my Pioneer headunit. Just connected it's radio mute wire to the carkit and it was done.

Hello,

You were right, I attached the phone mute to the empty hole in the lower right of the socket and vwalla - when the phone rings I get "Ext. Mute" on the LCD and the CD stoppes...
