Don't ask for Chrome - not available for 4-6 weeks approx until next delivery :-)

What a f

g shambles!

I ordered my Lexus Lights and Cristal Bonnet vents weeks ago! When I ordered them I was told 7 - 10 working days for delivery! A week later I rang them and they told me that my Bonnet Vents were in but I was waiting for the Lights! A week later I rang them and they told me that when I placed the order, the guy who put down the details had put down that I had a normal 206, not a cc(different Lexus Lights for each), and they did have the 206cc lexus lights in stock last week, but had now sold them all, and I had too wait for the next delivery! Hopefully only 10 days! At the time, the guy told me that they had brushed alloy hoops in stock, so I bought them and he said that he would put them to one side for me with the bonnet vents! A week later I rang them, and was told that the Lexus lights were in, but I was now waiting for the Bonnet Vents

: The ones they had put to one side had mysteriously disappeared! Obviously being very

off at this point, I told them to send me the Lexus Lights and the Alloy hoops now, and send the vents through when they get them in stock! So on Wednesday of this week TNT tried to deliver a parcel from Ecosse to my house!

When I wrote the message above, I had not actually receive them! TNT had attempted to deliver the goods to my house, but since I was out they took the parcel back to the depot.

I finally received the parcel today! You can imagine how excited I was to finally have my Lexus lights and Alloy Hoops!

Well the excitement soon turned to anger when I opened the parcel to find one Alloy hoop and one Chrome hoop! How nice is that gonna look on my CC!

I then opened the Lexus Lights to find out that they are nothing like the ones that I ordered! (No orange indicator, just a big red stop light and two smaller clear bulb holders{one for the orange indicator bulb, and one for the reverse light!}). Never seen these type of Lexus lights before.....they look horrible and tacky! Gonna put them on the car too see just how bad they look!

What a way to run a business!!!!

(They are now trying to find a brushed alloy hoop from somewhere so that I can pick it up from their stand at the National Car show tomorrow! If they don't.......tomorrow is going to be very interesting!!!!)

Just had a call from Ecosse......if they back pedalled any faster they would moon walk out the door!

They are full of apologies, and have told me to bring all the goods along with me to the PGAC show tomorrow!

When I arrive they will personally fit a new set of alloy hoops that they have with them now(lets hope there are two alloys in this pack!), they will fit a set of different Lexus Lights, which look more like the ones I ordered......they will give me my Bonnet Vents which have mysteriously appeared out of thin air, and they will throw in a clear rear fog light for all the trouble(free of charge!)! wow......hardly what I would call compensation for the shambolic way that I've been treated! :rolleyes:

I dunno - at least it's something! They could have told you to post the stuff back and wait some more? However, i am glad now that i took the time to drive up and get em from them in person, coz if i buy something i want it NOW! Not in 7-10 days (and certainly not any longer)
