.....I know that's a really silly question given the level of enthusiasm shown by this site!! Thing is I've just bought a new 307Hdi, and when I went to pick it up, there was this beautiful little sporty number - platinum 206cc - just sitting there in the showroom - me being new to Peugeots, I'd never even seen one before, but after I'd had a test drive, I really am keen on the idea as a second car for messing around in at weekends when I don't have to cart loads of work gear round!

I'm trying to talk myself out of it, saying I don't need another car, but why oh why do I keep coming back to this Forum to read all your comments, and why oh why do I keep looking at the brochure trying to work out what colour combination I want!! Is there therapy for this?? If not, then what combination should I go for - I've shortlisted to black, firedance or Aegean Blue (same colour as 307 so this could be classed as a bit naff!) - then what about the seats?? Dilemmas!! dilemmas!! Help!!
If I'm not here I'm in Symi.....where the sun is always shining.....

Derek - thanks for the advice, but everyone's got silver!! I've been looking out for these little beauties now since I've tried it out, and I'd say 75% of the ones I've seen have been silver - I want to be a bit different! I reckon I need to do some shopping around the various Peugeot dealers and see what colours they have their demonstrators in - the Taunton one is in silver - anyone know where I can find a firedance one and a black one? Just so that I can see what they are like "in the flesh"? Cheers!

I agree with Derek, Symisun. Silver with red/black leather interior does look wicked! Only had mine a week and have had lots of admiring comments from guys who drive Mercs etc! In this area there aren't that many silver around so it looks as though you're probably best to pick which colour you like best and then just find the area with the least number of these and move house.....simple

Get the first one you can lay your hands on, before you change your mind. Don't wait 4 months get one before summer. Take top down and drive!
Before long you will be thinking if I leave that bit of gear at home I can fit all the rest of my work stuff in the boot and back seats and drive the cc. Hurray
Its a no brainer, forget about it!

If you want to see photos, check out the owners section off the main site - Lyndon's no1 and he's got a Firedance and there are bound to be black ones there.

I wanted Firedance too but ended up with silver  Wish I'd got blue now (grrr, Julia!)...

you should try living where i do - forget about people having the same colour as just seeing a CC is pretty rare in any colour
