screen conc= screen concetrate (screen wash to us normal people)

I always fill mine up just before service, wait for them to bill me then tell them they are falsifying invoices and that I wont pay and want a discount or will be going to trading standards and the police as they are commiting a crime.

they always back down. Luckily my local ford dealer knows me quite well so I never have an issue with them (Melanie says they are scared of me - cant imagine why?)

Warranty book states that they are (and all the top up fluid inc. 1 ltr oil are included too). However they can for a small fee check out tyres/breakes etc.

Mine will be going in to keep the record stamped up but I'm not paying for the intermediate inspections as the book clearly states they're free.
