Waving to other CC owners that is!

There I am waving like an idiot and they just look at you like you've gone out!

When I had my 106 Quiksilver nearly everyone used to wave back, I hope you lot all do!

I know exactly what you mean. My last wave back was months ago.

Anyway while we are having a go at other drivers (and I will probably get flamed big time for this) what is it with the 30/40 something Lady owners

: For the last few days it has been perfect, not too hot not too cold, yet they all go around hood up. If they wanted to use air con they could have saved money and bought the hatch version. Anyway rant over and its lunchtime so it's HOOD DOWN time.

I've only seen 2 other cc's since I got mine...both driven by, shall we say "ladies of a certain age" (to be polite), who gave me a snooty stare when I waved. And, YES!, they had the roof UP! Bizarre.

Won't bother now unless I think the driver looks to be a bit more friendly and on my wavelength...or male!

Some people just wanna get on with it, whats it to yous that they haven't got the top off the car or don't wave back - sheeesh

eh sorry i'm in a foul mood because its 22 degrees plus outside and my cc is sitting on the driveway at home! (i'm out drinking tonight

My mom also drives a CC and she's well into it - she's 55 and has the roof off at every opportunity, she phoned me today through to say that it had jammed on her.

I shall only be waving at selected CC drivers from now on! ha ha

Hi all,

I come from n MX5 background so I expect to be flashing and waving like a madman at other CC owners from tommorrow when I get mine

Was lucky to get 10% flashing back in the 5 and theres a lot more of them.

95% of the CCowners that I have met have been totally ignorant - male or female. It doesn't take much to wave or flash and make my day does it?!
