Hi All,

I'm still negotiating prices with a peugeot dealer on a brand new 206CC.

However, I'm still not sure what colour to go for, I'm very tempted by black, however, black looks bad when dirty.

I don't want silver, as I already have a bog basic 206 in silver..

A little advice, or recommendation?
Cheers 8)

may depent on what you intend to do with it when you get it. are you thinking of any mods. Some look beter with diferent colours.

Black will show microscratches otherwise its a matter of personal choise. Whick colour do you like the most.

My opinions:

Silver: Look good, especially if you want to put lexus lights on the back, also great colour coded. Silver cars are very common though.

Black: Look good with black/red leather (matter of opinion this thou!) ubt will show up scratches and look dirty very easily.

Cayman Green: Very unique, matter of taste! Bit girly for my liking

Aegean Blue: Looks fantastic when clean, nice & sparkly!! Not a very common shade of blue so stands out nicely. Doesn't show up dirt or sratches as much.

Moonstone: Quite a unique colour at the moment , and has most of the advantages of silver CCs.

I went for the blue one for the reasons stated above and I still wouldn't change it.

Get green or red, the other colours are becoming too common

I think you know you want black deep down!

I took AGES to choose which colour.....I was all over the bleedin place but knew black looked super gorgeous! Being a bit of a perfectionist I also knew I'd be OBSESSED with the paintwork so had to weigh that up.

The place where I got it from had imported one of each colour so I imagined picking it up....as in there's a line of them....mine's a moonstone or blue...and someone ELSE has got the black one! AARGH!! I knew I'd be gutted so that's why I bought the black one and I LURVE it!

It looks stunning....ahem, when it's clean...! I got it Silver Sealed which is supposed to help...and you won't need to colour code the black bits..

I personally think it's worth the effort.....convinced yet??! ;)

Right, if cleaning is your only concern about getting black then don't worry about it, thats me about 10 minutes to clean the darn thing, the car is so small. SO if you like black then just go for it.
