Cotswolds i am surprised if you can even remember what your car LOOKS like the amount of dirt you allow to accumulate on it! :P

I thought having your car Diamond Brited meant you don't get those annoying little swirls from washing your car?!?! :?

I had my black cc Diamond Brited before I picked it up and I noticed those swirly scratches all over the bonnet at the weekend!!

"Maintains show room finnish" it says??!?!

I wash my car at least once a week but if it's just gonna scratch it up I think I'm gonna take on Cotswold's morals!! :P

Ah you see the dirt also forms a protective layer for stone chips (either that or you just don't notice them)

When i picked up my Roland Garros, i braught my girlfriends dad with me. He saw a small lighter spot underneath the paint. It show when the sun shines directly on it. He used to be e very good carpainter so he noticed it right away. But the advice was to leave it.
1 it could only get worse
2 as said before dealers see when a car has been repainted, but thay
don't know why. So in the end it can cost you money.
Try using colourix first (let the dealer put it on, so they can't blame you). After that it can always be repainted.

Oh, and i would like to bring on a protective layer on my car too. Are there things i should be aware of?

The touch up stick worked real good on mine which is black, just make sure you buff it well or it looks a bit odd
