Hi everyone,
I hope someone can tell me why the spanner symbol has come on, as I've only done just over 12,000 miles?
Thanks
Mark

When ignition turn on, the spanner symbol come on with the distance to next service display for 5 sec, then it disappear follow by the total or trip distance. The spanner symbol remain on together with the trip or total distant if you got less then 1000 left to service, it will flash if over due. Its set for every 10,000. yours is 12,000 so probly that why its on. You can reset it yourself: keep pressing the lever put key in and turn on... it will count down and reset.

Yes. Whether you want to is a different matter. Remember it's not just the warranty. When you come to sell it, main dealer servicing is a whole lot more attractive then "Honest Joe's" round the corner.now my warranty is ended (import) can i get my CC serviced somewhere other than pug?

When I sold my Alfa 156 all they wanted was a service history and service history from a dealership always looks better even if you don't like the peugeot "monkeys". I think it's worth keeping every bit of paper you have about the car. Stick it in a big envelope somewhere and keep adding new bits of paper as they come. It's looks very good when you come to sell and makes people feel much more confident about the car.
As I said before with my car, no one was interested in it being an import, they just wanted the service history, cheers
