OMG! Derek, I'm a fan of yours :D The guy obviously doesn't realise that you are NOT a dealer, you just have contacts and sell onto us at cost - actually, no - it's more than that. You forked out a small fortune to buy dozens of hoops for us in good faith and even then a few nameless people let you down :evil: I hope you get an apology (even though I doubt that you want it). You get lots of thanks from me :)

I disagee with you all, i ordered my hoops from Derek in december hoping to be SCAMED

Instead i got top quality hoops at cheap money,delivered on the day they were ment to be,well wrapped up ,and were really easy to fit and people even said how nice they looked,

I was gutted,i just didnt need this top notch service

sort it out derek,you will get a name for yourself with service like this.
1.6 Agean with pearled alloys,spats,alloy hoops,ecosse vents,windstop,phone kit,cd changer and K&N filter.(thanx to Derek,Lyndon,Hert62)

Actually I was right pissed off with Derek. The box the hoops came in said "Mini Smarties" on it, but inside were some big lumps of aluminium and no smarties Image Image

Well I for one can see that Jason has a point.

I paid for my hoops and had to wait SEVERAL DAYS before they arrived. I then had to FIT THEM MYSELF!!!!

I too have a complaint against Derek - the hoops he delivered (fantastically priced and on time I might add!!!) were so good looking that my sister has bought them for her car too - I dont know....they say copying is the highest form of flattery!!!

Interesting to see the guy never responded, but then again how do you justify an email like that.

He probably never had a CC in the first place, wanting to stick hoops on his Nova SR to go with his neon lights hoping it will go faster :P :P :P

I so wanted Derek to turn out to be an evil con-man! I even penned a letter to ITV hoping to drag Roger Cook out of retirement to investigate his shady operation. Oh well...never mind.... :(
