alas the time of year again when the blasted road gritters are about.
i got caught by one last week even though i tried to get out of the way it still got me,when i got home i found 6 nice stone chips on my bonett and wings . can anything be done about these pests other than not going out from nov-march .prehaps i can sue the council .
has any one else suffered from this.

u can claim form the council for holes in the road and stuff so i would put a claim in. BUT u should of got his reggy plate and it could be hard to prove.

im going to call the council tommorow , the scratches are really deep right through the primer going to take it to the dealer to have a look :( :(

Not really on topic, but we were driving along toward a gritter recently. A cold, but sunny day, so we had been for a run with the roof down. I saw him stopping the grit as we were approaching, then as soon as he saw the roof down, he turned the grit back on, git!! Thankfully, I don't think it caused and chips, but we're still finding grit on the carpets.
Why do people have to be so jealous??
