I've finally done the deed and placed my order today.
Ended up at Charters in Camberley and spoke to Nick Handley (not a bad geezer).
Having made it clear that I wanted a better deal than Aldershot could offer for my spec (£15930 compared with a list price of £16380), I managed to get a further £300 odd quid knocked off making a total cash discount of £825.00 (plus luxury mats and my DVLA fee paid and replacement reg plates fitted on my other car too). Pretty chuffed.

Make it clear when you pick it up that you hope their after care is as good as their sales pitch!!!
Atleast you seem to have got a good rappor with your salesman. You can always go back to him when the after service department don't continue the aftercare! You never know though they might surprise you!

Good luck - I also bought my car off Nick in October. He gave me good deal. The Monkeys scratched the bonnet during the PDI and he jumped through hoops to get it sorted - going back to Charters bodyshop twice for bonnet respray, still not completely satisfied, so it's being done again when it goes in for 6000 service in March.
When you pick it up, check the paintwork thoroughly. Poor bloke only sells them - it's the monkeys he works with.
