Has anybody used either Broadbridge Heath, Horsham or Crawley Down Pug Dealers??
I've just had my first experience with the Horsham dealers whilst booking my 6k service and after a few minutes of being invisable I was finally acknowledged with a nod then he went back to not answering the phones.
I know they were busy but it doesn't install confidence.
Anybody got any recommendations??
Cheers

There are 3 Pug dealers in Leicester (where I am) but all of them belong to one company. I've had a similar experience from all of them. They do not seem interested or know nothing about customer service in stark contrast to BMW...even Honda!!!
To have warranty work done I have to wait usually in excess of three weeks! Spoken to Pug Customer Services and they know nothing either about customer service and claim that there is nothing they can do except try a different dealer 15 miles away in Hinckley!

I used to live in Leicester and my parents stlil live there. We've had lots of problems with Castles near Abbey Park - my Mum's 307 went in for a replacement indicator stalk and when she got it back it was badly scuffed inside. She had a go at them and they've agreed to replace the door panel which was messed up. This is just the last in a long series of mess-ups that we've experienced.
The most annoying was when I took my Mum's car in for a service - I dropped it off one day and they said it would be ready the next. I rang up the next day and was told that yes it was ready. So i got bus into Leicester and walked to the garage (quite a stretch!) just to be told that actually the car wasn't ready - very frustrating!!!
I've been to the one near Stoneygate and they seemed OK, but I was only there briefly as one of the cables came loose from the alternator and the battery light was flickering on my 106. They fixed it under warranty without any problems.
