Did you purchase the 206 light clusters or specifically the 206cc ones?
Any idea where one can purchase afterburner lights from? Or a different style of Lexus 206cc cluster?

I was going to get the 206 ones and cut them myself, but he talked me into buying the 206cc ones after offering a further discount.

Received lex clusters today and fitted in around 20 mins - good quality but did notice the box stated they
were suitable for the 206 - does this mean the 206 lights are suitable for the cc ? are they the same lights ? and i've just been conned out of £20

There's been so many threads on this subject that a quick search should enlighten you.
Basically, the only difference is that the 206cc lights have a bit cut off so that they fit.

Yep. But mention that you're getting them to mod them yourself for a 206cc and see if he offers you a discount. He did for me
