2.0se CC Problems...can anyone help?

Hi all...my CC has only done about 2500 miles and to date things have been ok but I am having the following problems (see below). Have u guys had any of them? Did your local dealer manage to resolve them? Any advice?

1. Brakes squeakâ€¦now getting louder
2. Main window squeaks on its way up on passenger window
3. Noisy fan belt/ pulley wheel
4. Carpet has come away and now not securely fitted on driver side (near door)
5. Rattle when accelerating in 3rd/4th gearâ€¦sounds like exhaust looseâ€¦
6. Climate control unit turning itself on intermittently
7. Intermittent stalling problems and lots of smoke from exhaust when starting up again
8. Centre console rattling over uneven roads

I know how you feel, i have had most of them! Didn't think there was anything else that could go wrong with mine but you might have just pointed one or two for me to look out for (or just wait, they are bound to happen)

Take it in and get them all looked at, they probably won't solve the brakes though. Sounds like your exhaust manifold has gone. I am getting mine looked at soon for something similar to your #5&7

squeaky breaks are common as muck on most CCs
the window thing ur dealer shud be able to sort
carpet thing again common problem.....dealer shud be able to fix easy
and yea....exhaust manifold looks like the probs for 5&7
