I spoke to my dealership again this afternoon. I'm still not happy.
The bloke there told be i need to speak to Peugeot if i wanted to be compensated for my problems.
I spoke to them and they have offered to pay for my next service at 20k miles. How much will i save?
The bloke at customer relations said i need to speak with the dealership about being compensated financily if i do not think the price i paid for the car reflects the amount it is worth after all of these problems.
It's like a game of tennis, they keep hiting the ball back into eachothers courts!!
I am mega pissed off about it all. I just want a car that work properly. I think i am just going to have to hope the problems are all solved when it goes in next and i'll probably sell it in a year.
Too much hassel, bet you don't get sh*t like this off a porsche dealer!! Thats where i'm going, Boxter S here i come!! (soon as i am 21 and can get insured)!
Problems - an offer from Pug

Dombake, if you want to complain and get a result you need to write to :-
Customer relations Executive, Peugeot Motor Company PLC, Aldermoor House, P.O.Box 227, Aldermoor Lane, Coventry CV3 1LT.
Write a really strong letter to them and make sure you send your peugeot dealer a copy so they know you are persuing it. Thats what I had to do with mine. I had mine 6 months it went in for 6k service and after that it was in the garage every month til last november, it took them nearly 18 months to sort my car out it even took them 4 months to reply to my letter til I got the above involved. I'll bring a copy of it along with me to the meet and you can have a read, I think they replied very quickly to it as I I have to write alot of legal binding docs at work so they kind of got the same letter. Its quite good as everytime I go into my dealer I now get called Mr Wiltshire without opening my mouth but then its normally followed by what can we fix for you this time. Have a go at it, its worth it if your not satisfied.
They will bow down to their customers!!!

my letter of complaint (6 A4 pages) to the chief exec at peugeot (by recorded delivery) went un-answered. i had to chase them up with e-mails to eventually get a response.
keep your dealer on your side if possible - they financed my replacement, not the guys at the monkey farm (peugeot uk).
