I think the non-warped head was an optional extra for the car, not so sure about everyone on here...

Hee hee, Steve's been "restoring" (destroying) our VW camper since he bought it when we lived in our last place. And we moved from there in 1995, so that's at least -- OMG -- 8 years  still, it fired up yesterday :D

Adrian I thought that this article may tempt you towards investing in a Racing Puma.

I saw a racing Puma in Rainham this afternoon.
Was it you sampling the delights of Essex?

Nooo. Mine are too precious to come off the drive in bad weather, we just use the fiesta at the moment.

So what did you think of it ??

Well its sort if interesting. Ill put it on the maybe list.
It will mean changing plans back and getting rid of the CC,
I cant afford to keep two new cars going.
Anyway my CC is more exclusive than the 500 Racing Pumas,
mine is the extremely rare leak free version.

Lyndon knows his Racing Pumas or FaRPys as they are known.

You can pick up some low milage ones. A local dealer recently sold one with 1700 miles on it.

So there are some bargains to be had :) But they do come with 2 years Ford Warranty if you buy from a Ford dealer, so almost as good as a new Peugeot excpet that there is no mileage limit with Ford.
