Whats the rules on Rejection?
Do you have limited time?Mileage?
I have had enough and want to get rid,I don't want a replacement, would I get my deposit back ?
Whats the procedure ?
Both Ryan(Pug206CC) had enough of our problem cars and sold them back to our respective dealers at the full price they would sell them on at.
For both of us this was after 11/12 months and we both got £1500 less than the full list price we both paid.
Don't know about Ryan, but we also got all our finance company payments refunded in full, with the exception of an initial document fee.
Obviously, the longer the elapsed time, the fewer options you have as you have had use of a car. Derek had to pay £300 towards a replacement car but felt he got a good deal. GAZ didn't have to pay anything but had his car a shorter time.
We felt our £1500 was a good deal.
One thing to remember is that it is the supplying dealer you will have to deal with.
Where are you? Who are they? What have been your problems?
