Got a fax at lunchtime from Warwick Wright Brent Cross asking when they could swap our CC for their demo CC!
It was very brief. They have replaced parts already replaced by Camdens plus a few more.
However, there are 7 items not previously attended to by Camdens that they appear not to have done anything about - Two page fax back!
Not very happy! Spoke to Black Horse who have moved the goal posts again. They keep mentioning '30 days' before they will get involved. If WWBX do not sort things by Friday 30th they will act. Doubt if they will be any help.
3 weeks and 2 days. Come Sunday, our car will have spent 10% of our 10½ month ownership at a Dealer.

Wheel trims still moving, running problems unchanged, rattle behind instruments still their.
Steve Evans, Warwick Wright Brent Cross's Peugeot rep had test driven the car and said it was repaired, quote: 'to Peugeot standard'. Well the problems have existed since day one, so is this how Peugeot build all their cars?
Tried to phone and speak to the Service/After Sales Manager at WWBX, but he had disappeared. Let them take the CC Auto back as Mrs Eye See had refused to drive it!

Whoops got over excited!!!
Picked up brand new replacement yesterday - paint job looks perfect and no rattles - well at least in the first 15 miles. 12 months Tax included and no charge at all. Does this make Canterbury Motor Company the countries most reasonable Peugot dealership??? I would certainly recommend them!
