well he's just lost a lot of business from yours truly. He's based in my town which makes him ideal to carry out the lowering work and superchip work ands some other bits and bobs and now ... no way.

Well it's just my guess but I bet he won't scam anyone in UK, especially you live close by and even bring in the car for service. By the way I could get into the forum of his site now. About the refund if he sends a cheque my bank says it may take up to 3 weeks to clear, don't know why he can't wire the money, just to bug me some more!?

No I'm asking him to wire the money or least send a bank draft, of course if he does send a cheque someday I'm already half lucky, it seems he does not want this thing to end so soon my god!!

Yes Simon does seems intent on stringing this thing out, maybe a slow form of chinese torture? At least he must be feeling the pressure as well.

I am also wondering if your consumer complaint is one of a number logged against this individual.

Robbie.

Believe me this is not the least of Chinese torture, I know all of them  The complaint thing may have something to do with this or just that he knows a complaint is filed, anyhow this thing must come to an end.

This is perhaps a better idea having this post which will disappear towards the bottom of the list over time.

Well Well Well,

I had been avoiding this thread for a while as the last time i checked it, it had descended into a slagging match. Then when i was reading through Big Bother Simon was getting properly slagged off so I thought I had better check it back out and lo what a saga it is.

Simon has lost more customers from this incident that I guess he ever had in the first place.

gtb5 keep plugging away, you will get there in the end.

I'm off to read the threads on Speedboys and pugsport forum's now

Thanks and I'll take a look of the site, how's the quality of the lights? I notice the original lights are completely sealed by a black plastic housing so rain water cannot get inside the socket or bulbs, the set you get has same design??

Gtb5 - I am totally with you on this case but saw this joke and funnily enough thought of you and Si.

A city boy, Kenny, moved to the country and bought a donkey from an old farmer for $100.00. The farmer agreed to deliver
the donkey the next day. The next day the farmer drove up and said, "Sorry son, but I have some bad news. The donkey died."

Kenny replied, "Well then, just give me my money back." The farmer said, "Can't do that. I went and spent it already."
Kenny said, "OK then, at least give me the donkey." The farmer asked, "What ya gonna do with him?" Kenny, "I'm going to raffle
him off." The farmer said, "You can't raffle off a dead donkey!"
Kenny said, "Sure I can. Watch me. I just won't tell anybody he is dead."

A month later the farmer met up with Kenny and asked, "What happened with that dead donkey?" Kenny replied, "I raffled him
off. I sold 500 tickets at two dollars each and made a profit of $898.00."

Farmer: "Didn't anyone complain?"
Kenny: "Just the guy who won. So I gave him his two dollars back."
