Chrome Hoops and Warranty

Do chrome hoops invalidate warranty?

I ask, because I was going to fit my own stereo before Peugeot told me that I would be invalidating my warranty unless they fitted them!

If they don't invalidate, then I really want a set!

i can't and won't get involved in warranty issues.

i think a dealer would be classed as very petty if they said your warranty was void because you swapped the hoops but i would suggest you seek confirmation before ordering if worried.

That'd be petty in the extreme. Maybe if the back shelf they're screwed into cracked they'd have some argument. Like Derek, I try not to worry about the warranty too much, you'd never do anything to your car if you did. :sad:

they said i can put petrol in the car but the warranty will be void for any parts affected by the petrol
