Hi,
I had removed a fuse and replaced it. The radio needed the code. Entered the code using the 6 digit preset on the radio. Radio works. After I turn the ignition off and remove key and then restart the car, it asks for the code again. All saved stations are lost. becoming frustration. This never happened before. Also never had to enter code before. Please advise on procedure for entering code. Do i need to be pressing extra buttons to "Store" the code?

You can download tbe oneers manual from this forum. That expkains how to enter the code.
Check you haven't got a second blown fuse.
What caused it to blow in the first place?

HI thanks for the reply. Wasn't the fuse. A few bulbs had gone and I thought it was the fuse. Clock and cigarette lighter. Cigarette lighter was a loose connection and needed jiggling a bit. Clock was the bulb. Will search for the manual you mentioned. Thanks

There are two live feeds to the radio. One is permanent at holds the memory, the other only works on the ignition. So I'd suspect the former ... So double check fuses etc. Then you will need to get wiring to radio checked.

Thanks. The radio use to stay on after the ignition was turned off and we had to switch it off manually. now it just goes off after we turn ignition off. Will do a thorough fuse check. Did find a loose 15amp fuse lying on the floor. will go through manual and check each fuse.
thanks

Checked fuses and wiring behind radio. Everything OK. at a loss for what it could be. How can I keep the power to the radio after the ignition is turned off?
