Fuel Cap/Lock part?

Managed to drop the fuel cap and one of the 3 plastic arms that hold the chrome cover in place broke off

Does anyone know if it's possible to put the old locking barrel onto a new plastic surround? Or do I have to buy a new locking plastic piece and use a new key just for fuelling?

I haven't had it apart but most things that are made separately can be taken apart and rebuilt.

Read on another forum that the only way is to go to a Peugeot dealer who can get a new plastic lockable bit to match your key. So I just purchased one off ebay and use a different key for the fuel cap, not that much of a big deal.
